Despite working in advertising, he never gave up his artistic work, from where he drew inspiration to find unique visual languages.
As a director, Filip has worked with international clients such as HBO, Spotify, McDonald’s or Nokia to name few.
A graduate of the Royal College of Art in London. Scholarship holder of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage. He also graduated from direction department at Wajda School and Speakers Avenue Film Collective.
Filip’s work was presented, among others, at the following festivals: Paris Photo, Photo London, Art Rotterdam, Les Rencontres d’Arles, Krakow Photomonth and Liste Art Basel. He exhibited his works in galleries such as Gulbenkian Gallery (RCA London), Galerie im Saalbau (Berlin) L’etranger Gallery (London). He published in British Journal of Photography (UK), Foam Magazine (NL), Lens Culture (NL) Szum Magazine (PL), Piktogram Magazine (PL), Yvi Magazine (CH). Important Publications: The Decisive Moment, New Phenomena in Polish Photography, More Formality (Labyrinth Gallery) Escape from the Liberty Cinema, Berlin.
